Welcome to Bikram Yoga Rancho Bernardo

Bikram Yoga (the Original "Hot Yoga") is a challenging and fun workout for all levels, designed to improve your flexibility, physical and mental strength, and balance.  All levels from beginners to advanced students are welcome. The series features two breathing exercises and 26 hatha yoga postures, practiced in a heated room. Our Bikram Certified teachers will encourage, motivate, and inspire you to do your best.  Through regular practice, you will soon realize that what you learn in the yoga room can be integrated into your lifestyle and in your daily lives.
